Hi I’m Sarah.
Wife, Mother and Cat lover with a capital C, I live in Central London (UK). I’m passionate about what I do, and feel really lucky to have found my purpose helping women in menopause reclaim their zest for life.
MY MENOPAUSE JOURNEY
Motherhood at 41 meant that it's not clear where the anxiety and exhaustion of being a working Mother ended and perimenopause began. I did not know that these could even be symptoms of perimenopause, especially when I had a regular cycle and not a hot flush in sight. Anyway, I thought menopause was something that happened after 50.
But by 45 my symptoms were so bad that I was not coping with juggling a high-pressure career in innovation consulting and being a Mum. So preferring a natural approach, I consulted a Homeopath. The results were so amazing, that I left my job to become one myself. Three years later, in 2012, I graduated with a First Class Honours degree (BSc) in Homeopathic Medicine. I fell in love with homeopathy and never looked back!
At 63, I can safely say I'm out the other side of menopause now. It was a long journey, but I learned a lot, not just personally, but professionally too. And I'm in a really great place now - happy, healthy and loving my life and my work!
MORE ABOUT ME
Outside work, I have pursued a path of personal and spiritual growth for over 30 years, and am myself a qualified coach. I light up when I’m being creative, whether that be singing, playing with paint, writing my book, or dancing salsa, (we had a salsa band at our wedding).
QUALIFICATIONS
Homeopathy BSc (First Class Hons)
Psychology Conversion degree (Dip. Psych)
Russian BA (Hons)
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Coach
Also trained in Synectics and Spiral Dynamics
